David Jaeger, DDS

Dr. David Jaeger grew up in a small town and loves being able to raise his family in such a wonderful community like Tonganoxie.

Dr. Jaeger earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Oregon University. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Jaeger served in the United States Army as a dental hygienist. This role not only taught him how to prevent oral health issues and examine and treat a patient’s dental needs, but it also taught him how to run a dental practice, manage time and appointments and work with people from all different backgrounds. After serving in the military, Dr. Jaeger received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry.

Dr. Jaeger is passionate about dentistry and the importance of preventive healthcare. He is committed to continuing his education in order to always stay educated on the latest techniques and technologies in the field. Along with continuing his education, Dr. Jaeger is an active member of the following organizations:

Dr. Jaeger feels it is important to give back to society. He has volunteered with several outreach programs to bring dental care to underprivileged adults and children. He believes that everyone, no matter their socioeconomic status, deserves a healthy smile.

In his free time, Dr. Jaeger loves spending time with his family. They particularly like to enjoy the outdoors.

Dr. Taylar Morgan Ford grew up in Tonganoxie, KS and feels incredibly fortunate to be practicing dentistry in her hometown. Dr. Morgan Ford earned her bachelor’s degree in Life Science from Kansas State University where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Her education continued at University of Missouri Kansas City where she attended dental school and earned her doctorate in dental surgery with Magna Cum Laude honors. While in school, Dr. Morgan Ford was a member of the Advanced Restoratives program and was inducted into the honors fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Morgan Ford is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. She enjoys educating her patients on the importance of oral health and how their oral health can impact their systemic health. Her goal is to create a comfortable and stress free environment for her patients. As a dedicated professional, Dr. Morgan Ford actively participates in numerous dental associations, including:

By staying connected with fellow dental experts, she remains up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry and contribute to the growth and improvement of the dental profession. Dr. Morgan Ford and her husband, Tyler, live in Tonganoxie together, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, exploring new restaurants and breweries, and staying active.

Benjamin Kincaid, DDS

Dr. Benjamin Kincaid comes from a family deeply rooted in the field of dentistry. Growing up in Lawrence, he was inspired by the dedication and passion for oral health that surrounded him. After completing his undergraduate studies, he graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge of dental care. Dr. Kincaid's commitment to providing exceptional dental services continues the legacy of care and excellence established by his family. Dr. Kincaid actively participates in numerous dental associations, including:

Dr. Allison Weber earned her undergraduate degree in Pre-Health Professions from Avila University before obtaining her Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in May 2020. Hailing from Spring Hill, Missouri, Dr. Weber has always had a passion for providing dental care in rural settings, reflecting her commitment to serving communities with limited access to dental services. Her dedication to rural dentistry is evident in her approach to patient care and her desire to make a positive impact in the field.
